“For a Bright Future of Work, We Must Get Better at Collaborating With
Machines” is the title of a Peter H. Diamandis’s article, recently published in
the Singularity Hub, here.
“Productivity is the main reason companies want to automate workforces. Yet, time and again, the largest increases in productivity don’t result from replacing humans with machines, but rather from augmenting machines with humans. It’s all about collaboration.”, he claims.
Collaboration is frequently the key. What surprised me was who must collaborate with whom. Not machines helping humans, or humans using better machines, but augmented machines with humans.
Heavy food for thoughts.
